Backbone International BV and Indonesian production manager Reza Lesmana, both specialized in the technical realization and production of events, are merging to create Backbone Indonesia. By establishing Backbone Indonesia both parties are jumping in on the growing Indonesian entertainment market.
Backbone has extensive international production experience. The Backbone organization annually stages more than 80 productions across 22 countries, for companies such as Heineken, TomorrowLand, UEFA, Booking.com, SONOS and Formula E. Reza Lesmana established his reputation by working on music festivals all over Asia, as well as his involvement in many concerts around Indonesia of both international and local touring artists.

In 2018 the Backbone Indonesia team supported several production requirements for the opening and closing Ceremonies of the Asian Games and also worked on the delivery of the opening and closing Ceremonies of the Asian Paralympic Games, both in Jakarta. At the end of 2018, Backbone Indonesia was involved in the production of the Guns N’ Roses concert at the GBK stadium in Jakarta as well as a concert for one of Indonesia’s biggest bands, “Slank”.
