Backbone International zoekt een Process Specialist die met een frisse blik onze organisatie helpt verbeteren. Iemand die het leuk vindt om bedrijfsprocessen onder de loep te nemen, kansen voor automatisering te ontdekken en met collega’s veranderingen door te voeren. Wat ga je doen?
• Je brengt bestaande processen in kaart, analyseert knelpunten en werkt aan slimme oplossingen.
• Je onderzoekt mogelijkheden voor digitalisering en AI-toepassingen in onze organisatie.
• Binnen producties fungeer je als inhoudelijke sparringpartner wanneer er sprake is van complexe organisatorische vraagstukken. Je denkt proactief mee, biedt advies en ondersteunt je collega’s met passende procesmatige oplossingen, zodat ook de meest uitdagende producties soepel verlopen.
• Je houdt je actief bezig met je eigen ontwikkeling door continu kennis op te doen van de verschillende facetten binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast stel je persoonlijke ontwikkeldoelen op en werk je gericht aan je professionele groei.
• Je implementeert nieuwe werkwijzen, begeleidt collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat veranderingen echt landen, zowel in ons bedrijfsproces en voor onze producties.
• Je ondersteunt teams bij organisatorische uitdagingen en denkt altijd een stap vooruit.
• Je draagt actief bij aan onze visie: altijd slimmer, efficiënter en effectiever werken.
Wat breng je mee?
• Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau in een relevante richting, zoals Bedrijfskunde, Informatica, Informatiemanagement of Technische Bedrijfskunde.
• Affiniteit met IT, digitalisering en AI en de drive om dit toe te passen.
• Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt in oplossingen en communiceert helder.
• Je neemt initiatief en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering.
• Je wil graag de evenementenbranche leren kennen, of je kent het al, én je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.

What do you bring?
• A bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering.
